摘要: Background  A wide variety of scoring systems have been proposed to assess severity psoriasis. Given its importance as a health issue both for patients and care systems, it is critically important evaluate the validity reliability existing outcome measures. Objective  The objective this systematic review was extent validation including validity, reliability, sensitivity change ease use available measures psoriasis. Materials Methods  We conducted all clinical studies (prospective retrospective) investigating psoriasis published between January 1980 June 2009. following methodological quality criteria were recorded systematically: construct content internal consistency, intra-observer variation inter-observer variation, acceptability/ease assessed time required perform measurement. Results  Based on criteria, six scores selected analysed (PASI, BSA, PGA, LS-PGA, SPI SAPASI scores). did not find substantial evidence any scores. Content studied by considering PASI score gold standard. relative good scores, which correlated strongly with score. showed moderate correlation. Internal consistency LS-PGA PASI, PGA displayed limited variation. low (ICC   0.8). change. Discussion  review, appears that none used meets an ideal However, we can conclude most extensively thoroughly validated according criteria. Despite certain limitations, be recommended scientific evaluation
