摘要: Background: We evaluated the clinical results of subfascial endoscopic perforating vein surgery (SEPS) in patients with severe chronic venous insufficiency (CVI) (clinical class 4–6) and assessed hemodynamic changes associated SEPS using air plethysmography (APG). Methods: Forty-five CVI who had undergone were evaluated. Clinical score hemodynamics, as measured by APG before operation at 1 month year after operation, compared Wilcoxon signed rank test. Patient satisfaction (on a visual analogue scale 0 to 100%) was also assessed. Results: There 29 men 16 women; their mean age 60 years (range, 37–83). Thirty-five (78%) active ulcers; ulcers’ size 7.8 ± 11.9 cm2 duration ulceration 9 10 months. no hospital deaths. Postoperative complications uncommon (one groin wound infection one case thrombophlebitis). At follow-up 15 months, 34 ulcers (97%) healed. The cumulative ulcer healing 82% 3 five recurrent (15%). Significant improvement seen scores (10 6 4 month, operation). filling index significantly improved operation; this maintained 1-year (7.36 6.23 ml/sec 3.63 3.90 3.14 2.06 year). degree patient remarkable, 74 17% 90 12% 1-month follow-up, respectively. Conclusions: is safe effective treatment for CVI. It leads improvement, rapid healing, it high satisfaction.
