摘要: One of the potential applications DNA nanotechnology is construction two- or three-dimensional nanostructures that mimic function existing biological molecules. In this issue ACS Nano, Kocabey et al. demonstrate lipid-bilayer-anchored origami structures can be assembled into prescribed superstructures in a programmed manner. The reported DNA-based artificial system dynamic assembly membrane-associated protein clusters play an essential role deformation cellular membranes.
