摘要: We propose a new class of compact integrated optical circulators providing large isolation level while maintaining straightforward technological feasibility. Their layout is based on nonreciprocal radial Bragg cavity composed concentric magneto-optical rings. The circulator ports are standard rib waveguides, butt-coupled to the by cutting through its outer device specifically designed for operation in uniform external magnetic field.
