摘要: Abstract Perfusing the isolated carotid bodies of 27 dogs in vivo with heparinized-eserinized blood, equilibrated room air, 5% O2, 15% CO2, O2 + produced: an increase ventilation during hypoxia +149%; hypercapnia, +19%; +235%. Carotid body venous outflow contained 1966 pg/ml ACh (±374) and 2807 (± 340) hypercapnia. was not recovered air or After perfusion a hemicholinium, HC-3, declined to 83 % hypoxia, 116% no hypercapnia; 1264 (±179) 1661 (±259) This study supports hypothesis that cholinergic substance is factor chemoreceptor activity.
