摘要: Oxygen diffusion phenomena in BaTiO3 ceramics doped with Ho of 5.2 ×1018/cm3 were studied order to reveal the effect reduction thermal annealing. The samples reduced at 850 °C a 3% H2–Ar atmosphere before oxygen experiments. was carried out temperature range 700–800 °C. measurement profiles and ion images revealed defect distribution caused by results show that grain boundary acts as layer blocking when is below
