摘要: The rapid release from a double-compressed tablet containing theophylline as core drug with the pH-dependent water-soluble polymers, Eudragit L100, S100 or L100-55 used wall material was suppressed by argon plasma-irradiation due to an effect of inter-segmental cross-link reactions on decrease in surface polymer solubility outer layer. In addition, lower glass transition temperature (Tg) has converted into delayed-release system under set plasma operational conditions additional heat flux softening resulting formation film-like particle-particle interlinking
