摘要: Oxygen plasma-irradiation(radio frequency discharges operating at 13.56 MHz with less than 10 W) on the compressed tablet of one bioerodible polymers, polylactic acid(PLA), was found to cause only low efficiency in its degradation such an extent as has been observed polystyrene. Thus, controlled-release tablets have obtained by oxygen plasma irradiation outermost layer double-compressed which were fabricated from theophylline a core materials and mixture plasma-degradable polyoxymethylene (POM) PLA wall material. Dissolution test clearly indicated that released through resulting micropore, while release untreated negligible. It also dissolution profiles are capable being varied so different rates, depending set conditons chosen for fabrication well operational conditions.
