摘要: Compost is the environmentally safe and most economical way to treat organic waste. Due heat emitted by fermentation processes, compost inside hot, therefore, a variety of thermophilic bacteria thrive in compost. The thermophiles play an important role degradation biopolymers This chapter deals with microbial community newly developed aerobic, high-temperature compost, where temperature reaches 100°C or even higher. Physical, chemical, biochemical, analyses are presented. technical problems associated biochemical also discussed.
