摘要: Using standard test construction techniques, we developed a paper and pencil measure of the trait food neophobia, which was defined as reluctance to eat and/or avoidance novel foods. The resulting 10-item found have satisfactory test-retest reliability internal consistency. Three behavioral validation studies demonstrated that scores predicted behavior in laboratory selection situations. Scores on were be correlated with anxiety, age, Experience Seeking subscale Sensation Scale, general familiarity experience unusual not related gender or finickiness.
