摘要: The study reported here investigated how hospitality students’ perceptions of a required industry work experience changed over time. By means an sampling method, we captured information about the emotional exhaustion, job satisfaction, psychological withdrawal, and performance on ongoing basis 9-week period during which they were to weekly shifts in 2 campus hotels. We found that whereas satisfaction followed linear decrease time, withdrawal increase.
