摘要: A welder having two generally parallel, closely spaced electrodes for manual or automatic welding of wire displaceable insulation, use particularly in the wiring electronic circuit boards. The have independent suspensions electrically isolated from one another, and an aperture formed therebetween sufficiently large to allow a pass therethrough. During process, is captured between tip conductive surface which be welded. As downward force applied welder, electrode displaces insulation on adjacent thereto surface, while other driven directly into electrical contact with surface. Once sufficient has been displace wire, switch actuated, supplying current weld may either automatically manually operated, utilize pneumatic drive cable actuation system. returned unactuated position by spring arrangement cylinder.
