摘要: Abstract The current study examines the relationship between external job mobility and salary for employees in different career stages. Based on stage timetable theories, we predict that would generate greatest benefits early-career whereas fewer mid- late Data collected from multiple industries Hong Kong United States consistently show that, as expected, highly mobile earn significantly greater salaries than their less peers do. positive effects of were stronger workers mid-and late-career workers.
