摘要: Abstract Reaction kinetics of the heterogeneously catalyzed formation methylal from aqueous methanolic formaldehyde solutions are studied in a plug flow reactor at 323, 333 and 343 K using acidic ion exchange resin Amberlyst 15 (Rohm Haas) as catalyst. Parameters an activity-based pseudo-homogeneous reaction kinetic model fitted to experimental results. The is based on true speciation reacting solution explicitly includes oligomerization reactions solutions. describes data well suited for process simulations which both chemical phase equilibria have be described simultaneously.
