摘要: The feasibility of reactive distillation (RD) for the reversible acetalization glycerol with formaldehyde is evaluated through experiments and simulations. Simultaneous removal acetal water from zone RD column helps shift reaction in forward direction achieve close to quantitative conversion levels. results laboratory-scale performed this study are compared ones predicted by simulation using kinetics developed present work.
