摘要: Within the last decade major breakthroughs in hormone research were achieved through discovery of new classes pharmacological agents, estrogen and progesterone receptor antagonists. The antagonists are use two important areas research. These compounds can be used as: (1) probes to investigate cellular molecular actions progestins, (2) clinical agents that inhibit events regulated by progestin. This chapter addresses most recent research, uses, concerns related considers newest antiprogestin ligands.
