摘要: Objective To examine endocrine and clinical responses to long-term administration of RU486 in patients with endometriosis. Design Prospective open trial. Setting Faculty practice the authors. Patients, Participants Six normally cycling women endometriosis were recruited. Interventions Subjects received 100mg/d for 3months. Main Outcome Measure(s) Hormonal changes during compared control data obtained preceding cycle early follicular phase. Clinical determined by patient assessment second-look laparoscopy. Results All became amenorrheic, daily urinary levels ovarian steroid metabolites remained acyclic. Mean luteinizing hormone (LH) ( P Conclusions Daily results acyclic function improvement subjective painful symptoms
