摘要: Abstract We find that at least one reaction of formaldehyde with DNA occurs 100°, pH 8, which is effectively irreversible 20–37° and only partially reversible on further heating 100° for 20 min after dialysis. This in addition to the well known binding amino groups. Radioactive measurements show 3 5 moles per 100 nucleotide remains exhaustive amount distributed widely enough through destroy transforming activity, a manner not by renaturing conditions, affect buoyant density patterns denatured annealed CsCl.
