摘要: The reduction of crystalline size and amorphization graphite diamond during agate stainless ball-milling are investigated by Raman spectroscopy. ultimate graphite, estimated the intensity ratio, 2.5 nm for ball-mill is smaller than that 3.5 ball-mill, while milling time to reach former about 10 times larger latter, indicating more stability nanocrystalline graphite. After reaching size, a significant broadening spectra, which indicates completion amorphization, detected only ball-milled at ∼ 500 h milling. Also increase rate peakwidth before higher introduction disorder from start Amorphization also observed ball-mill. difference in results between discussed terms effect impurity mixed apparatus on carbon materials.
