摘要: A method for numerically carrying out the Fourier analysis thermal‐pulse experiment is given. It shown that it possible to obtain polarization distribution across thickness of a thin film (25 μm) within limits set by experimental data. For such films, resolution 0.1 possible. Results are given using charge measurement rather than voltage measurement. The effect finite‐width pulse cut off coefficients in way as smooth any distribution. Pulsing sample alternately on both sides greatly increase experiment. PVF2 and P(VF2‐TFE) copolymer show interesting details can be found
