Capillary array dosing and angular desorption distribution measurements: A general formalism

摘要: The flux of molecules from a source intercepted by target has been calculated. obtained formalism can be applied to capillary array dosing as well angular distribution measurements in thermal desorption single‐crystal surfaces. A critical comparison the theoretical results with recently experimental data is presented.
