摘要: Surgical techniques to reduce postoperative recovery time and improve the cosmetic results have been achieved through limited incisions. In late 1990s, as a result of technical innovation in peripheral cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB) technology combined with possibility endoaortic clamping, remote cardiac arrest became feasible thus enabled small access thoracoscopic surgery.
