摘要: Previous studies demonstrated the presence of a small number dendritic cells (DC), approximately 1%, in peritoneal cavity rats (1). Upon stimulation with either specific (e.g. Bacillus Calmette-Guerin, BCG) or non-specific stimuli Thioglycollate Broth, TG) DC had increased to 3% (2). Different superior capacity compared macrophages (MΦ) present antigen glutamine-tyrosine (GT) GT-primed T an vitro assay (1,2,3), which is agreement other (4). Intraperitoneal different no effect on presenting DC, whereas that MΦ decreased, and especially after BCG M∅ suppressive cell proliferation. From these it was concluded major APC although can act as APC, this function strongly depends state inflammation.
