摘要: Abstract The polarized neutron method of determining the magnetic form factor materials is examined in detail with special attention given to way which statistical errors are propagated. Because nonlinear relation between polarizing efficiency a crystal and scattering length, usual methods linear error theory will not work. However, this difficulty can be circumvented by using formulas directly. analysis applied practical problem how long one should count on particular Bragg peak.
