摘要: Objective Evidence of the brain network involved in cognitive dysfunction has been inconsistent for major depressive disorder (MDD), especially during early stage MDD. This study seeks to examine abnormal cognition connectivity (CCN) MDD within whole brain. Methods Sixteen patients with and 16 health controls were scanned resting-state using 3.0 T functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI). All first episode without any history antidepressant treatment. Both left right dorsolateral prefrontal cortex (DLPFC) used as individual seeds identify CCN by seed-target correlation analysis. Two sample t test was calculate between-group differences fisher z-transformed maps. Results The constructed bilateral seed DLPFC two groups separately. Depressed subjects exhibited significantly increased (FC) one cluster, overlapping middle frontal gyrus, BA7, BA43, precuneus, BA6, BA40, superior temporal BA22, inferior parietal lobule, precentral BA4 cingulate gyrus cerebrum. Health did not show cluster greater FC compared depressed network. There no significant difference between controls. Conclusion are MDD, identified FCs among part cortex, DLPFC. These areas might be underlying mechanisms
