摘要: In this work, pure aluminium powders of different average particle size were compacted, sintered into discs and tested for mechanical strength at strain rates. The effects (15, 19, 35 μm), sintering rate (5 20 °C/min) sample indentation test speed (0.5, 0.7, 1.0 mm/min) examined. A compaction pressure 332 MPa with a holding time six minutes was used to produce the green compacted discs. consolidated specimens 4 h, temperature 600 °C in an argon atmosphere. resulting samples contained higher than 85% density. properties microstructure characterized using measurement tests SEM analysis respectively. After sintering, grain structure observed be uniform within fractured samples. measurements showed that same rate, μm powder provided highest radial tangential while 15 lowest strengths. Another important finding from work increase which achieved lower sinter heating 5 °C/min. This resulted stress value 365 significantly achieved, 244 MPa, faster
