摘要: In this work, models describing the effect of pH on chromatographic and electrophoretic behaviour for a series polyprotic therapeutic peptide hormones were compared. taking into account species in solution activity coefficients. The usefulness proposed equations is twofold, they permit determination acidity constants water hydroorganic mobile phases used liquid chromatography (LC) capillary electrophoresis (CE) can also be selection optimum separation mixtures modelled compounds. relationships allow an important reduction experimental data needed development new methods. accuracy verified by modelling hormones. By calculating values predicted resolutions, to perform LC or CE separations their becomes rapid simple process.
