摘要: We investigated the short-term effects of water accommodated fraction (WAF) weathered Forties crude oil on behavior Corophium volutator in Multispecies Freshwater Biomonitor (MFB). When exposing C. to 25 and 50% WAF aqueous exposures, hyperactivity with an additional increase ventilation was detected, whereas exposure 100% led hypoactivity (narcosis). In a sediment WAF, there increased tendency toward hyperactivity. pulse experiment, appeared at after 130-min majority cases. Our experiments suggest that as measured MFB may be appropriate parameter for coastal monitoring.
