摘要: Microstructural evolution on heating kaolinite clay, quartz, nepheline syenite, and soda–lime–silica (SLS) glass to various temperatures 1300°C was investigated in quenched slowly cooled samples by XRD, thermal analysis SEM, situ XRD. In the individual components, expected behavior observed SLS glass, devitrification led crystallization of cristobalite, devitrite, wollastonite, which dissolved at 900°–1000°C. Significant effects each component microstructural others were often binary mixtures. For example, quartz mixtures, form cristobalite delayed two forms with different morphologies identified. Albite plagioclase crystallized kaolin clay decreasing alumina content available for mullite formation. Melting syenite promoted reaction including accelerated phase dissolution. dissolution prevented leucite
