摘要: Spacer regions between the 16S and 23S rRNA genes of different dairy probiotic lactic acid bacteria were amplified by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) with conserved primers nucleotide sequences these spacer determined. Amplification/oligonucleotide primer pairs designed for Lactobacillus paracasei, rhamnosus, delbrueckii, acidophilus, helveticus Streptococcus thermophilus based on differences in 16S-23S regions. Also a pair identifying both Lb. paracasei rhamnosus was designed. In addition to conventional PCR heat block rapid method an Air Thermocycler (ATC) glass capillaries used.
