摘要: Abstract The increasing demand for fossil fuel, mainly in the transportation industry, has led to development of studies proposing alternative sources energy, such as biofuels, which are a renewable energy source produced from natural (plant) materials that can be used substitute petroleum fuels. Among all biofuels studied, bioethanol is most dominant biofuel and its global production showed an upward trend over last 25 years. Ethanol long been considered suitable fuels either sole fuel cars with dedicated engines or additive blends no engine modification requirement when mixed up 30%. Worldwide capacity 2015 forecast reach 115 × 10 9 liters, where this significantly increased by using agroindustrial residues sugar production, since 1 kg residue each kilogram grain harvested. Low-cost biomass offer excellent perspective large-scale application ethanol fuels, these will increase reduce cost competitive level. Taking into account aspects, main objective work present overview about residues.
