摘要: Until recently gastrectomy was the only treatment offering any real prospect of cure for patients with gastric cancer. However, excepting minimal disease, results alone have been unsatisfactory, whether has total or subtotal. 5-year survival resection in invasive cancer that appeared to be localized variously reported at between 5 and 25% [1–8]. Gastrectomy as detected from mass screening programs, achieved better [9]. North America, Europe, Australasia, disease form a small proportion overall numbers when first diagnosed [10].
