摘要: Incubation for 72 h of human peripheral blood cultures in the presence 60 Hz sinusoidal magnetic fields (MF) at flux densities 1.0, 1.5, and 2.0 mT led to stimulation lymphocyte proliferation but had no influence on frequency sister-chromatid exchanges (SCE). The cytotoxic potential MF combined with mutagen Mitomycin-C also was analyzed. An opposite effect between exposure treatment terms cell kinetics mitotic rate found, whereas variation SCE observed this coexposure condition.
