摘要: Glioblastoma multiforme (GBL) is the most frequent and aggressive tumor of brain. Mean survival time GBL patients only 12–15 months, despite intensive treatments. To fight this severe, still almost incurable disease, a great number researches are recruited. Here we review results investigations published recently (from end 2013 to first half 2014) that ensured considerable progress in field oncology. Combination DNA RNA sequencing functional validation made it possible define somatic genomic landscape GBL, uncover new genetic driver alterations suggest approaches for treatment GBL. The immunotherapy discussed.
