摘要: A phase separator for flow injection (FI) volatile compounds generation combined with inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry (ICP-OES) was developed. The constructed using a glass tube minimal dead volume respect to the classical U-tube separator. peristaltic pump used aspirate drained liquid and control filling level, improving reproducibility of measurements avoiding turbulence in ICP. This device is simple easy fit any FI system. proposed determination mercury.
