摘要: A particularly challenging sample presentation in analytical chemistry is a flowing stream that consists of both gas and liquid phase, combined with the common situation which reliable analysis needed for phases, separately. In these cases, vapor must be physically separated (without change to either), before individual phases can collected analyzed. It not possible analyze two-phase flows otherwise. Although two are at equilibrium, it imperative no contaminate vapor, entrained given temperature pressure. this paper, we describe simple on-line device individually separate collect flow. The apparatus, call P(2)SC, uses an adaptation branch point separator, collection done downstream metal bellows. length Teflon tube. then easily transferred into any desired instrument syringe, although introduction method, such as valve, could used well. We discuss application thermally stressed rocket kerosene.
