摘要: A comparison of the results 7-d Daphnia magna and Ceriodaphnia dubia toxicity tests indicated that two species were equally sensitive to sodium pentachlorophenate (PCP) but C. was more cadmium. The most chronic endpoint varied with test chemical. index cadmium stress in D. body length primiparous females, whereas it total young produced per female. For both dubia, reproductive indices indicators PCP than survival. this study, along data from literature, suggest is as, or more, inorganic organic chemicals magna, that, if are carefully chosen, may provide estimates no-effect concentrations as low those generated longer duration.
