摘要: In the present study, we report in vitro development of polyembryoids with identification a definite stage that can be used for subsequent uniform plantlet regeneration oil palm (Elaeis guineensis Jacq.). Induction and maturation was accomplished when cell suspension culture transferred MS (Murashige Skoog, Physiol Plant 15:473–497, 1962) semisolid medium consisting 30 g L−1 sucrose 3.5 gelrite® devoid any plant growth regulator. Growth into were assessed by stereo scanning electron microscopy (SEM) to identify sequential events as well differentiation occur during each stage. Observations on symptoms showed embryos pass through distinct morphological characteristics indicating distinctively varied stages. SEM observations indicated extracellular network at an early acts structural marker leading via formation globular proembryo haustorium. Eventually, specific developmental comprising haustorium torpedo-shaped structure identified, conservation, or multiplication, based embryogenic competence.
