摘要: Studies were done on the reaction between bromine vapour and sulfur-containing compounds such as pesticides amino acids silica gel TLC plates. Results indicate that sulfur is oxidized acid formed. A pH sensitive compound, 1,2-dichloro-4,5-dicyanobenzoquinone (DDQ), was found suitable a fluorogenic spray reagent for mineral acids, yielding blue fluorescent spots non-fluorescing background. The combination of DDQ spaying has enabled in situ detection 37 out 44 examined. limits number these substrates to be smaller than 0.1 μg.
