摘要: The infrared (IR) spectrum of a sample in saline solution cannot be retrieved adequately when the pure water is subtracted. Some bands remain spectrum. good only NaCl at right concentration However, salt unknown, it still possible to obtain free water. This done by subtracting from original fraction two eigenspectra water: one for and solvated determined with 2100 3300 cm -1 bands. effectiveness method illustrated sodium monochloroacetate solution.
