摘要: Senior executives continue to be concerned about factors influencing the business effect of information technology (IT). Prior research has argued that business-IT strategic alignment facilitates IT and contextual affect alignment. However, role knowledge considerations in relationship between alignment, projects effects IT, have not been explicitly examined. Therefore, this paper pursues following two questions: (1) Based on considerations, how do planning behaviors (specifically, managers' participation planning) top management mediate factors-organizational emphasis centralization decisions-on alignment?
