摘要: In this thesis an energy analysis of ethanol production at the plant of Lantmannen Agroetanol in Norrkoping has been performed. The has been studied combination with Handeloverket, combined heat and power plant which provides process steam. purpose study was to determine consumption for whole chain from grain ethanol. included cultivation of grain, chemicals, wood chips, steam production plant. grain chips are both considered raw materials there content these not as input in system. Instead help produce two raw have been input energy. The result from study is presented balance, defined energy content divided by total the ethanol. balance shown be 2,6 if economic allocation used. This means that more produced form than been used It possible make more energy efficient producing electricity a steam turbine before is used If done will increase 3,1. An alternative system also studied, which DDGS (distillers dried grains solubles) DWG wet grain) used as fuel production. This less quantity byproducts since most DDGS used instead animal feed the earlier showed 2,9 or 3,1 for depending on fuel.
