Enhanced Thermoelectric Properties of Textured Ca3Co4O9 Thick Film by Aerosol Deposition

摘要: Calcium cobaltite (Ca3Co4O9; CCO349) films with a c-axis texture and thickness of 60 μm were fabricated by aerosol deposition (AD). The exhibited superior characteristics to those grown other methods. pole figure measurements indicated that almost 65% the had their tilted from surface normal 30°. Seebeck voltage resistivity in measurement range between room temperature 900 K 175 μV/K <20 mΩ·cm, respectively. Based on these results, AD-CCO349 film is promising material for thermoelectric generation.
