R-matrix calculations of electron collisions with a lithium atom at low energies

The $^1S^e$, $^3S^e$ and $^1P^o$ phase shifts calculated in near-threshold energy range excellent agreement previous theoretical studies. behavior $^3P^o$ shift is accurately analyzed along resonance located scattering $\sim60$ meV. cross sections here show two resonances that have not been previously reported.
