摘要: Abstract Neurobrucellosis, which is the most morbid form of brucellosis disease, presents with inflammatory signs and symptoms. Recent experimental evidence clearly indicates that deregulation astrocytes microglia caused by Brucella infection creates a microenvironment in central nervous system (CNS) secretion pro-inflammatory mediators lead to destabilization glial structure, damage blood brain barrier (BBB) neuronal demise. This review interactions cells CNS BBB intended present recent immunological findings can explain, at least part, basis for pathogenesis takes place upon infection.
