摘要: In the emerging field of research, focus researchers is on nanomaterials as they preserve all properties which a good material possesses with exceptional advantage dimension and cost. existing research work, nanocrystalline manganese sulfide (MnS) thin films were grown using glass substrates deposition medium at 350 °C through simple inexpensive spray pyrolysis technique characterized different techniques. The have nature accompanied hexagonal structure preferred orientation along (1 0 0) direction an energy bandgap 3.20 eV. show n-type conductivity value resistivity was found to be 6.232 × 106 Ωcm.
