Predictability of the state of fetal oxygenation from a quantitative analysis of the components of late deceleration

摘要: Abstract The relationship between the various components of late decelerations fetal heart rate (type II dips) and pH, P o 2, hemoglobin saturation with oxygen arterial blood was investigated in 15 anesthetized near-term rhesus monkeys. These fetuses were asphyxiated by markedly lowering pressure distal third maternal aorta. Strong uterine contractions occurred spontaneously all animals.
