摘要: We studied the effect of many years streptomycin use in apple orchards on proportion phyllosphere bacteria resistant to and bacterial community structure. Leaf samples were collected during early July through September from four that had been sprayed with spring most for at least 10 not sprayed. The percentage cultured non-sprayed (mean 65%) was greater than 50%) (P = 0.0271). For each orchard, a 16S rRNA gene clone library constructed leaf samples. Proteobacteria dominated communities all orchards, accounting 71 104 OTUs (determined 97% sequence similarity) 93% sequences. genera Massilia, Methylobacterium, Pantoea, Pseudomonas, Sphingomonas shared across sites. Shannon Simpson’s diversity indices Pielou’s evenness index similar among regardless use. Analysis Similarity (ANOSIM) indicated long-term treatment did account observed variability structure (R −0.104, P 0.655). Other variables, including time summer, temperature sampling, relative distance other, also no significant conclude factors other exposure drive both streptomycin-resistant phylogenetic makeup middle late summer.
