摘要: Accumulating evidence indicates that metabolism reprogramming is critically important to T cell differentiation, and manipulating metabolic pathways in cells can shape their fate function. During provides with energy as well precursors for various biological processes. Some key reactions, such glycolysis, oxidative phosphorylation fatty acid oxidation, are also considered play roles activation differentiation. In this review, we will explain why cellular the Th17/T-regulatory (Treg) balance how impacts balance. Moreover, discuss some sensors, mammalian target of rapamycin, AMP-activated protein kinase, nuclear receptors. addition, review specific small molecular compounds, which shift Th17/Treg and, therefore, have promising therapeutic roles. Finally, potential methods Th17 cell treating Th17-associated diseases be discussed.
