摘要: In-house healthcare monitoring applications are continuous time-critical often built upon Body Area Wireless Sensor Networks (BAWSNs). Our Assistive Care Loop Framework (ACLF) is an in-house application capable of the health conditions aged/patients over a dedicated period time by deploying BAWSN as component. However, wireless medium used in for communications prone to vulnerabilities that could open door attackers tampering with or compromising user's data privacy. Hence, it imperative maintain privacy and integrity gain confidence hence, acceptance users applications. Furthermore, applications, vital must be monitored at regular intervals within their specified critical time. Therefore, security model proposed not incur undue overheads when meeting requirements application. In this paper, we propose implement secure adaptive triple-key scheme (aTKS) achieve minimal overheads. We then present performance results our BAWSN, using real-time test-bed implementations simulations.
